I like my hair thick with sea salt. Combing the beach from it, little green hairs caught in the teeth. Pull it back into a knot at the nape of my neck, baring salt-softened skin across collarbones and over cheeks.

The buoyant sea is a swollen kiss taking my breath away and pushing me, rubbing against me, spilling into me. Swimming deep to where the feet cannot touch the bottom. I am not afraid -- I want this. Hold me, hold me; my full weight surrendered to this body and there is no demarcating us.
