Noontime crowds walk single file on sidewalks barely cleared of snow. YOUNG MAN stands to the side holding a stack of orange flyers, shivering. His right arm is outstretched and a single flyer extends from his bare hand. His hand locks on and tracks individual walkers the distance of a sweep of his arm and then resets and repeats.
