Installed Photoshop CS4 on the new computer today. Lens blur makes a big difference with the fake tilt-shift! Now it looks right, even with a cruddy shot. The picture above is 42nd Ave from our room in the NY Helmsley, taken with an iphone. I loved seeing and hearing the cabs. A constant stream of yellow and the NY horn and siren soundtrack 24/7. It's funny how it really does sound like that.

Last night was a terrible night's sleep. I was nervous about a nine a.m. meeting on the other side of the lake. I was the lead. I woke at four thinking through the agenda and then my mind flipped through other, competing agendas of unresolved events. I was up by six.

Tommorrow is meeting-free.

The rain became horrid today. I felt lucky to be car-bound.
