I was talking with myself; said did I, "You talk too much 'tis true. Quit it." I'm taking a poetry class. I didn't write that thing above for the class. That is a remnant of some exercise I tried nearly a year ago. (I'm cleaning house and need a place to put it. Here is as good as anywhere. Whether it is worth keeping is not up for question.) The class does require that I write some poetry, which I have not done. I read poetry every night before sleeping and I jot down ideas for poems I will someday shape, but no actual poems come from me. |
